Welcome to Rototure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rototure website and services. By accessing or using Rototure, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Rototure.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Pro and All-Access) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping content at scale, attempting to bypass paywalls or reading limits, reverse-engineering the service, or republishing our content without permission.
4. Content and intellectual property
Articles aggregated on Rototure remain the property of their respective sources and are linked or summarized under fair-use principles. The Rototure name, design, and original content are owned by Rototure.
5. Disclaimer
Rototure is provided "as is." We aggregate and summarize third-party reporting and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Nothing on Rototure is betting, financial, or professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rototure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
